When you book a consultation or use our free tools, we may collect your name, date/time/place of birth, contact number, email address, and payment confirmation details. Birth details you enter into our free calculators (numerology, panchang, matchmaking, etc.) are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you submit them as part of a booking.
We use the information you provide to schedule and conduct your consultation, prepare your written report or remedies, process payment, and respond to your queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your details are shared only with the payment processors (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or your bank/UPI provider) needed to complete a transaction, and are not otherwise disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
Consultation records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and respond to any follow-up questions, and are kept confidential in line with the assurances given on our FAQ page.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
