Each koota measures a different dimension of compatibility, not a generic "match percentage":

Manglik Dosha depends on where Mars sits in each individual chart (1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, or 12th house) — a completely different calculation from Guna Milan's Moon-and-Nakshatra comparison. A pair can score well on Guna Milan while carrying an unaddressed Manglik mismatch, or vice versa.
